2 cups fresh raspberries + 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cardamom + 1 tablespoon raw honey = 105 calories In a blender or food processor , puree raspberries until smooth. Add cardamom and honey; blend until incorporated. Pour sauce over turkey burger . Also makes excellent berry parfait topping—just layer yogurt, berries and sliced banana for a delicious snack under 200 calories!
5) Salmon
Known as one of nature’s most potent sources of omega-3 fatty acids, salmon has repeatedly been shown to be a healthy addition to any diet. The fat found in salmon has anti-inflammatory properties that help fight off disease and may even help prevent heart attacks.
